From my experience, the beauty of France is subtle. It flows into your soul and fills you with enjoyment. It is difficult for me to explain why it is so beautiful; only that it is.
The beauty of Italy is majestic. It excites your senses and energizes you. It is majestic in the way that the Grand Canyon, Rocky Mountains, or the Pacific Coast of Northern California is.
